Prepaid, MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or Net 30 with approved credit.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges require advance authorization by Magnet Works, Ltd. Seasonal and discontinued items are not eligible for exchange. Any product authorized for exchange must be in sellable condition and in the original packaging.
Claims for Damage
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality merchandise and guarantee our products to be free of defects. Defective merchandise will be promptly replaced. All claims fo inaccurate shipments must be made within fifteen days of receipt of shipment. Claims for cartons damaged in shipping must be made with the carrier.
Online Auction Policy
Magnet Works, Ltd. prohibits the sale of our products on Internet auction websites (such as eBay) by active wholesale accounts. We will discontinue shipments to any person or business discovered using Internet auctions as a method of generating retail sales of inventory purchased from Magnet Works, Ltd.
Home-Based Businesses
Magnet Works is committed to supporting the Independent Retailer with stores focused on Gift, Garden, Hardware and Specialty store products. Home-based businesses that create revenue through Home Parties, Flea Markets, Community Events or other similar venues are not eligible for consideration.
